Terms of Service

1. About the Service

figg ("the Service") is a social connection platform operated by Cream ("the Operator"). The Service provides a space for users to connect and communicate with one another. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

An account is required to use the Service. To register, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must provide a valid email address
• You must provide accurate information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please contact the Operator immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for healthy communication between individuals. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms, and to be considerate of other users.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you post on the Service, including text and images. However, by posting content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce such content to the extent necessary for providing, operating, and improving the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Payments are processed by credit card via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds are provided

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Harassment, defamation, or threats directed at other users
• Fraud or dissemination of false information
• Impersonating other individuals or entities
• Posting obscene or violent content
• Unauthorized access or interference with the system
• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

7. Service Suspension & Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• System maintenance or inspection
• Force majeure events, technical failures, or other circumstances that make continued operation impracticable
• Any other situation the Operator deems necessary

8. Account Suspension & Deletion

The Operator may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if the Operator reasonably suspects a violation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the Service
• The Operator assumes no responsibility for disputes between users
• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator's liability for damages arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by the user during the preceding one month

10. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you agree to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
